Media is fun and our kids love it. We also know that kids now spend so much time absorbing its messages and images that it has become "the other parent" in their lives. As a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, we exist to provide parents with trustworthy information to help manage their kids' media lives.
SafeKids.com is one of the oldest and most enduring sites for Internet safety. It’s creator, Larry Magid, is the author of the original 1994 brochure, “Child Safety on the Information Highway” and is also a technology journalist.

Partnership for a Drug-Free America
The Parents Resource Center provides advice and stories from parents and professionals about drug prevention, intervention and raising healthy kids. Included on the site is an excellent Parent Toolkit with tips for children from preschool age and up.
