To help parents and guardians stay connected, LAUSD has developed a one–stop online system that securely connects parents and guardians to important information about their children at school, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, called the Parent Portal.
The LAUSD Parent Portal is secure, personalized to your child, and custom-made for our parents and guardians.
Through the LAUSD Parent Portal, you can immediately:
Monitor your child’s attendance
View past grades
Connect with your child’s teacher through email
Update Emergency Information
Complete online applications
And much more!
The LAUSD Parent Portal is available now. For guidance on how to register, please refer to the links below. In addition to needing a personal e-mail address you will also need your child’s LAUSD student ID number AND their four digit PIN assigned to them by the District. The student ID number can be found at the top of a past report card (example below). Student PIN codes are sent annually in the mail by the District. The student ID number and four digit PIN can also be obtained by calling the main office.
