2020-21 School Year Updates - 8.18.20

TOPICS ADDRESSED: STUDENT MYMAIL ACCOUNTS; WHAT TO DO IF YOU CAN'T LOG INTO SCHOOLOGY ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

Student Mymail Accounts

Over the past weekend, we learned that LAUSD changed the password requirements for student mymail accounts. We anticipate the change will mostly affect new families.

Unless recently reset, most students' mymail password will continue to be 3rdst followed by their 4 digit birth month and birth date (e.g. the password for a student born on August 18 would be 3rdst0818).

Moving forward, any newly created passwords will be set as follows. 3RDST followed by their 4 digit birth month and birth date and an exclamation point (e.g. the password for a student born on August 18 would be 3RDST0818!).

As a reminder, our school would like to support our students by activating and setting the password of their mymail account. If you have any issues with your child's mymail account, please reach out to your teacher or to the school.
