You may be wondering why Friends of Third is asking you to donate funds to the school. Annual Giving funds programs that make our school special — Technology, Science, Drama, Music, and more. The suggested donation is $1250 per child but every meaningful donation is appreciated and helps us to meet our goal.

기부금 모금은 이번주 금요일에 끝납니다. 감사하게도 학교 전체에서 67%가 참여해주셨지만 아직도 저희의 목표는 100%입니다. 함께 마지막까지 달려봐요!
32반 중에 10반이 100% 참여율을 달성했습니다.
22반 중 12반이 50% 이상의 참여율을 달성했습니다.
100% 참여율을 달성한 반 선생님들께는 기프트 카드가 전달됩니다. 아직 늦지 않았습니다. 각 반 모두 100%를 향해 함께 해요. 각 반의 참여율 현황은 이 곳에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
지난 해에는 매칭 기부를 통해서 아래의 기업들에서 11,000불을 추가로 기부받았습니다.

아마도 왜 자꾸 Friends of Third에서 기부를 요청하는지 궁금하실 겁니다.
기부금은 아이들을 위한 특별 프로그램들을 위해서 쓰여집니다. 프로그램에는 테크놀로지, 과학, 드라마, 음악 등이 있습니다. 이 프로그램들은 LAUSD에서는 지원되지 않고 기부금을 통한 학부모 지원으로 운영됩니다. 주변의 다른 학교들과 비교해 보셔도 우리 3가의 학생들이 보다 다양한 수업들을 듣고 있음을 확인하실 수 있으실거예요.
모든 아이들이 이러한 좋은 프로그램의 혜택을 받기 위해서 한 아이당 1,250불 기부를 요청드립니다. 하지만 어떤 금액이던지 학교에 큰 도움이 되니 금액에 부담 갖지 마세요.
www.friendsofthird.org/donate에서 직접 온라인으로 기부를 하셔도 되고, 체크나 현금은 도네이션 form을 작성하셔서 함께 넣어 오피스에 전달해 주시면 됩니다. 기부 금액은 각 가정의 상황에 부담이 되지 않는 수준으로 선택해 주시면 됩니다.
100% 학생들이 이 모든 프로그램들의 혜택을 받으니 모든 가정이 참여하여 참여율도 100% 를 만들어요! 참여율에 금액은 상관이 없습니다.
