Teachers require all students to have an emergency kit on hand. To fulfill this requirement, either create your own according to the instructions sent home last week in the plastic ziplock bag (don't forget to write your child's name and a phone number on the orange ID bracelet), or you may purchase a ready-made kit that is good for 5 years (just add the ID bracelet to the kit before you give it to your teacher).
PTA purchased 200 kits to have on-hand for parents at school, but we have nearly sold out (a handful are still available - e-mail info@thirdstreetpta.org to inquire). This year, families can use this link to purchase a kit online, in addition to stocking up on any desired household emergency items, with a portion of the sale benefitting our PTA. The 3-day Kids Survival Kit (red box) is the recommended kit for the classroom.
선생님들께서 모든 학생들에게 비상용 키트를 준비할 것을 공지했습니다. 부모님들께서는 지침에 따라 플라스틱 지퍼백에 필요한 물품들을 넣어 비상용 키트를 직접 만들거나(오렌지색 ID 팔찌에 자녀의 이름과 전화번호를 쓰는 것을 잊지 마세요) 미리 준비된 제품을 구입할 수 있습니다. 온라인을 통해 직접 구입하실 수 있는 이 비상용 키트는 5년 동안 사용할 수 있도록 만들었습니다. (선생님께 드리기 전에 ID 팔찌를 키트에 추가하시기만 하면 됩니다)
