Parent Ed - Managing Screen Time and Technology
3rd Street Families are invited to participate in a parent education opportunity hosted by Pasadena Polytechnic School on Tuesday, December 15 at 6:00 p.m. Poly will host Dr. Devorah Heitner, author of Screenwise, whose talk will focus on managing screen time and technology use in balance with social-emotional wellbeing. With many parents wondering, "how much is too much screen time?" and "what do I do now with technology being the only social connection my child has?", Dr. Heitner's grounded approach will help parents navigate online learning. Winter Break
3rd Street will be on winter break from Monday, December 21, 2020 through Friday, January 8, 2021. Distance Learning will resume, Monday, January 11.
