Schoolwide Assembly

There will be a schoolwide assembly (webinar format) for students on Monday, February 8 at 9:00 AM. The Zoom link and password will be emailed and texted via our Blackboard system on Monday at 8 AM.


Fairfax Community of Schools Town Hall Meeting

Every month, the Community of Schools that 3rd Street belongs to holds a Town Hall Meeting hosted by our local district and our Community of Schools Administrator. This month's meeting is on Thursday, February 11 at 5 PM. Register at http://bit.ly/FairfaxLCAP

Provide Feedback on the 2021-22 Instructional Calendar

The Board of Education is considering two calendar options for ratification for the 2021-2022 school year. The primary purpose for this one-time change in the calendar is to add ten days to the school year to provide additional learning time for students.

Attached you will find information about the two options. Currently, parents may submit comments regarding the 2021-2022 Instructional Calendar Options by email at schooloperations@lausd.net.
