WALKATHON KICKS OFF THIS WEEK, PUTTING THE FUN IN FUNDRAISING!
Get ready to step up for a great cause! Walkathon Week 1 is officially underway! On May 3rd, our amazing Third Street students will be hitting the track, busting some moves with freeze dance, and having a blast—all while raising funds for our fantastic school. With the support of parent volunteers and the Got Game crew, we're aiming high to reach our fundraising goal of $100,000! Every step counts, and we need your help to make it happen.
Here's how you can get involved:
Look out for QR codes around the school or visit https://www.pledgestar.com/thirdstreet/ to register.
Register and donate a minimum of $10 within the first two weeks (by April 19th) to qualify your student for an exclusive Third Street Swag prize!
Mark your calendars and spread the word! Let's kickstart this fundraising frenzy together!
Got questions or need assistance? We've got you covered! Visit our booths in the lunch pavilion or near the kindergarten classrooms every day this week—we're here to help with registration, donations, and anything else you need. We've got some awesome prizes lined up for the coming weeks, leading up to Walkathon day on May 3rd! Let's make it a day to remember!

Just a friendly reminder to please, please get in those yearbook photos, ads, and orders in as soon as possible! The deadline for all of this is April 15th, but every bit earlier helps our amazing yearbook team to put together a magnificent memorial work we can all enjoy for decades to come.

Read Around the World ends April 19th, Swimming in Books ends May 10th.
Students who finish all 21 books for RATW or 12 books for SIB will receive an invitation to an ice cream party at the end of the year where they will receive their certificates. Let’s keep reading to the finish line!
MCC STUDENT COUNCIL MEMBERS ARE THERE TO SUPPORT STUDENTS
The Making Caring Common Student Council members will be wearing gold hats throughout the school days so they can be easily identified and recognized on campus. Please let your students know to look for the gold hats if they need a friend, someone to talk to, or help with anything.

Traffic Safety Volunteers wanted - Traffic Safety Valet Sign Up is encouraged for our 1st through 5th grade families. Each slot is only for ~20 minutes and helps our drop offs go smoothly and safely, and enables our school's aides to be on campus helping our students get to class.
