Return to Campus

In order for the school to adequately prepare to provide all children an instructional program that meets their needs, our school needs to know whether you plan on having your child receive instruction in-person or online. Please be complete the Return to Campus Program Selection Form form by March 19. Please note that if no response is received for your child, the default will be for your child to continue learning online. You will also have the option to change how your child will participate in instruction every two weeks after schools reopen by contacting your school. For more information and additional resources, including details on the health practices and protocols in place at our schools, please check out https://www.thirdstreetschool.com/distance-learning.

Renewing Intra-District Permits

Per District policy, Intra-district permits must be renewed annually. In order to renew your child(ren)’s permit for the coming school year, please complete the attached intra-district permit application and submit it at http://bit.ly/3rdstrenewintra or drop it off at school.

Please be sure to check "A renewal of an existing permit" at the top of the application and in the Permit Requested Section, check off "Continuing Enrollment." Additionally, please note that the signature from the principal of the school of residence (home school) is NOT required when renewing a permit.

Intent to Withdraw

Are you a grade TK-4 family that is considering having your child continue their education elsewhere in 2021-22? If so, please help us with our 2021-22 planning by completing http://bit.ly/3rdstintenttowithdraw. This form is solely for planning purposes and your response does not jeopardize your child's ability to continue at 3rd Street. All current students will automatically be rolled over to 2021-22. No child will be withdrawn till we receive official notice from a family that their child(ren) has been enrolled elsewhere.
